With UPS INTERNATIONAL only to FRANCE, GERMANY, NETHERLANDS, ITALY, BELGIUM, LUXEMBURG, POLAND, CZECH REPUBLIC, LATVIA, DENMARK, IRELAND, MONACO , LITUANIA , CROACIA and ROMANIA since 10€. Delivery times (5-7 days. Weekends and Holidays not included). Price increases by weight. Customs fees are always paid by the buyer.

 

DHL

Shipments with DHL INTERNATIONAL (Europe) COST since 29.99€. Delivery times (24/48h. Weekends and Holidays not included). Price increases by weight. Customs fees are always paid by the buyer.

 

  CHANGES

We can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. The return merchandise must always be paid by the customer.

If the requested shoe number is not appropriate and you need to change the number for a larger or smaller shoe, or you do not like it, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to make the change.

You have to return the product to us in its original packaging. The shipping cost of return  is paid by the customer. You shall inform us of the new size you need so tha we can proceed with its replacement.

If there is no stock at the time of the purchase, the customer will be notified to choose another product or the money will be immediately returned by the same system by which the payment was made.

  RETURNS

The customer has to place a new order with the size they need. Unwanted product: If the product is in perfect condition and the customer wants to return the product because he does not like it, the cost of the return to our facilities will be borne by the customer. The customer has a period of 14 days from the day of purchase to make returns. In no case will the amount of the initial shipment be refunded

 

  POINTS TO CONSIDER WHEN CHANGING / RETURNING AN ITEM

  • Whether for change or return: prepare the new package with the item in its original packaging, making sure that it is in perfect condition, unused and in the same state it arrived (labels included).
  • Protects the box well with a suitable packaging like the one we use for one-way shipping, so that it arrives in perfect condition (please note that this same product can be bought by another customer).
  • Otherwise Medinapiel reserves the right to collect products that have been used incorrectly or abused according to the manufacturer's specifications.
