How I can return or exchange an item?
If the order number is not the right shoes and need to change the number by one more or less, or do not like, has a period of 30 calendar days from date of purchase to make the change. You must return the product in its original packaging. Once satisfied that there are stocks and that section to change is in perfect condition, shall be sent by the same agency at no cost to the customer the goods with the new numbering. If there is no stock at the time of this article, we will notify the customer to choose another product or to return back the amount immediately by the same system by which the payment was made. The cost to send us the article is paid by the client.
In the event that the product is defective and the customer has not made an incorrect or abusive use of it (very worn soles), Medinapiel will arrange to send to a transport agency to pick and to change with no additional cost to the customer. Before sending each packet, review articles to avoid, as far as possible, this will pass and the customer is completely satisfied with your purchase.
If the item is in perfect condition and the customer wants to return the product because it does not like, the cost of the return will be charged to the customer. The customer must return the product in its original packaging. The cost to send us the article is paid by the client.
Medinapiel reserves the right to collect products which have been given an incorrect or abusive use according to manufacturer specifications.
